Why can’t I find any more information about this concept, except this Craigslist ad and a few recent articles ? Is my google-fu really that weak?

I like how it comes with a “clean” title, when it most likely doesn’t have one at all. According to Ford Authority article, there is no VIN #, so it can’t be titled for street use.
