I am literally using an Alpaca blanket my wife got in Peru right now so definitely Alpaca. There are also multiple Alpaca farms in my area of Tennessee for some reason and they are fun to see around.

Yup! Planning on living here 3-4 years then going big and renting this place. Problem is the next step in this area is going to be 500k plus at least so that will be interesting. Good thing is that means at least a 3 car garage, usually closer to 4-5 cars and 3 doors.

Good! I still have a few more years before I have to worry about being on my own, but I’ve been thinking about having a home to start out in so I can learn how to care for a big house and do all of those good things associated with home ownership.

However, please be careful if it’s a town home. Rental + town home = potential for bad renters.

The car is suffering the outside until the cabinets from the kitchen get put up on the wall in the garage. Maybe a week or two more until I have room to put it up.

I haven’t driven it since Sunday but yes. The LS is just sooo nice to commute in. One finger to turn the steering wheel, regular gas, and it doesn’t have over 400hp making me want to go fast all the time.

It’s not perfect but it is quite good. The car is so fast the automatic is still faster then a manual. It also makes it livable in the high traffic are I live in.
