on that note... one of the other noobs at work got sent over to the tech department to get some blue spark plug sparks for the forklift today

they told him they should be in next week....

Well we have the spark plugs, but they are red spark. So if. You need blue spark those are special order.

had a customer ring on Monday,

c: “i need the clip on the window reg for my Vectra”

me “what year?”

c: “2002"

me: “JS or ZC?”

c: “it’s a Convertible, Bertone edition”

me: “so it’s an Astra then?”

c: “i thought it was a Vectra”

Astra had a convertible model, Vectra didn’t

FML, i have to put up with this kind of stupidity every fucking day.
