Because his parents took his N64 along with his sweet collection of games to Goodwill, where I bought it for $55. Check out the games, MarioKart 64, Goldeneye, Cruisin’ USA, Pilotwings, Waverace and Road Rash.

Some really good games there too. I can’t tell you how many hours I spent on Goldeneye.

Wave Race was really underrated. A really fun game. Pretty decent score there, particularly if the controllers work.

So many nights of drunken Goldeneye. You should also pick up some Wayne Gretzky’s 3D Hockey. Just for the hits.

Very nice, a lot of those games bring back tons of memories. I think I still have my N64 in my parents garage somewhere. I know I never got rid of it. Just a matter of finding it

I still dust of Wave Race once or twice a year and work through the championships until I can beat it on difficult then put it away again. Fun game - the wave physics were totally unique when it was new and I remember being totally wowed by it. Also the course with the fog lifting after the first lap reminds me of a lake I used to kayak around as a kid. Now it seems kind of let down by only having 4 skis on the course at once. I totally forgot Road Rage was a thing on N64 - I may have to hunt that one down.
