This coffee is acceptable.
Also the new animation is neat.

McDonalds’ coffee has the sole advantage of being cheap.
Unless you go to France, where McDo have a proper coffee counter where they sell proper coffee from an espresso machine with proper accompaniments like croissants.

Their coffee in Canada is not bad, they use Tim Hortons old roast. Buy 7, get one free is nice too.

Love the days when they counter roll up the rim with free coffee. Always get one in the morning before I head into the office, much better than the free single serve stuff.

$1 coffee(during RUTR) + buy 7 get one free is great. I have 6 free coffee cards filled up in my wallet.

Good filter coffee (what we Yanks just call “coffee”) is excellent and I would take it over almost any espresso or cappucino.
However, bad filter coffee makes up 90% of all filter coffee, including McDonald’s. Sawdust, used coffee grounds, and boiling water. The trick is to burn your mouth so badly, you don’t realize how much it sucks!
(The opposite — too cold — is true for bad beer for the same reason: numbness)

RUTR this season has been pretty poor. Half as many hits as previous seasons.

Canadian McD’s coffee is much better than the American counterpart.

Yeah... but the only coffee I’ll pay out of pocket really is when it’s part of a combo, or the coffee beans at home, lol.

If there isn’t real coffee around, Starbucks is my first choice of the big chains, but I’ll have McD’s before I have the burnt water they try to pass off as coffee at Tim’s. Used to be the other way around, but I guess they outbid Tim’s for their usual coffee so now it’s alright

If I’m in Starbucks I always go for the filter coffee partially because it’s cheaper (€2.35 rather than €2.80 for an americano) but also because nobody else buys it and so I usually get it made fresh. If not fresh it’s crap.

that’s debatable
