Jeepers (see what I did?), could they
actually
be giving us a variant of the Troller T4 instead of the Everest? I have to give Ford some credit here.
Also, have this four-door T4 concept I found, produced in response to a rumor about the Bronco’s styling:

I hope to god that the Bronco is aimed at giving the Wrangler some competition for once.

Twist: it’s still an Everest underneath.
(which, I mean, the Everest is a Ranger underneath and we’ve been told it would be Ranger-based0

The original jeep was made by ford... Lets see how they use that in the ads

How much you wanna bet they’re just Trolling us

Right? I wonder if this is like the Mahindra Roxor/Thar thing where Jeep can’t say jack squat because Ford is still a licensee.

Twist: such an ad causes Sergio to start lobbying Ford to buy him out...

Hey, don’t we all want a 3.5 ecoboost and 5.0 coyote jeep grand Cherokee?

On an off-road environment you’d want a low-revving engine that makes as much torque as possible from 800-2000rpms. those 460-whatever HP that happen at 6500rpms are really only accessible on pavement.
The AMC 4.0l and 258 understood this. I’m not sure that most consumers do.

Pretty sure that’s a Kia Spectra:

The good news is that new engines can do both. imagine our trucks...but that revved to 6500 and could actually breath up there? sigh.

That Bronco concept from a while back is in the trailer for The Rock’s new movie Rampage where he befriends an intelligent gorilla who gets mutated by a mutation missile launched by evil mutator people and then becomes a giant good mutated gorilla who has to fight off the other evil giant mutated animals mutated by the evil mutator peeople’s mutation missiles.
So basically it’s a remake of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2: The Secret of the Ooze.

Yeah, it might not suck.
I still may, though.

Despite how good, or bad, the original might have been, expect to see these EVERYWHERE!

MUST BE NICE

Whenever I ring out the cruiser I think Im really smashing some air to bits...then I realize its just 4600 rpm. Then I drive anything else and realize 4600 rpm is nothing. I mean, driving the new tacoma you need to be 3000+ just to stay on boil.

The F-150 3.5 makes 460 lb-ft at 2,500 rpm. How much torque did the 4.0 make? I don’t think the engine will be the problem in this thing. It’ll make more across the board than any AMC engine ever did.

Maybe you can have hope for the Nissan Terra:

Well technically the Bantam BRC 40 with Spicer parts was the first. But it was a small company and couldn’t make so many alone, then the government had testing for the contract. By then Ford had the Pygmy and Willys had the Quad and 1,500 of each type were made for testing. Willys MB won for the standard design and the Ford grille was chosen for ease of manufacturing. So the idea was Bantams and the first production Jeep was all three, the final design was a Willys with a Ford style grille. Because the US required tons of vehicles in a short time, Willys-Overland granted the US Government a non-exclusive license to allow another company to manufacture vehicles using Willys’ specifications. The Army chose Ford as a second supplier, building Jeeps to the Willys’ design. American Bantam, the creators of the first Jeep made 2,700 and then made heavy duty trailers for the rest of the war.

Coming soon to shopping malls and traffic jams in major population centres near you.

Well, I mean, the GC is hardly accustomed to being off road, plus, I doubt that the pentastar makes a lot of torque downlow, not as much as the 3.5 ecoboost that has two turbos

I much prefer this.

I really, really hope it isn’t just a rebadged Troller. The Troller’s way too similar looking to a Wrangler.

Ford INVENTED the Wrangler.

I know they had a rather large hand in the WWII Jeep’s development, but this is supposed to be a Bronco. Broncos have never looked like Jeep CJs or Wranglers and I don’t want it to start now.

Fair, but I also want to see Jeep rankled a little bit.

I feel it could do it without looking like a Wrangler. After all, that’s what the original Bronco was for.
