The R1 looks a million times better compared to this.

Not that you’re wrong about the ugly, whoa buddy is that hideous, but I think the asymmetry is to show that you can have the body panels for road use, then remove them for track driving.
At least that is my guess. I very much doubt that car as is would ever be road-legal in the UK.

yes it does , my friend. Bonus pic of another R1 that looks great.

The BAC Mono, Ariel Atom and the Caterham are, maybe this will be road legal as well

Yes, that’s what I read but they could have showed 2 different models instead of featuring THIS in Geneva

Yes it does
Having said that, the S1 starting at £49,000 doesn’t sound too bad for a modular car...that I hope has better shells.

Brake Calipers are for chumps. Also they stole their chassis color from my Formula Hybrid team.

I’ve seen worse.

Maybe their budget didn’t allow to build anything more than pieces for one?

The more I look at it the worse it gets. The front pushrods are nearly parallel with the upper arms.

I was intrigued so I read the info. Apparently it is a track only car you can have with or without body panels.
I thought, “It is not too bad. It is Mitsuoka ugly.”
Then, I literally almost vomited when I saw the coupe version. A car has never made me almost vomit before.

TWO CLICKS away from Kinja, and I’m still be tracked by Kinja.
Should I still continue to visit Kinja?

None of those are asymmetrical. If this car was truly meant to be sold as is pictured, then I doubt it would pass UK standards.

Maybe it’s the only one they have?
Which, to be honest, is already one too many.

Now I see why people say something is as ugly as Sin.
