I stumbled onto the country-rap genre this morning. I feel strange. It’s laughably bad, but oddly endearing.

Endearing is not something I would use to describe country-rap.

Bubba Sparxxx is a better example. Big Smo is decent. Haystak, the Lacs... all better examples.

If I could go back to the time before I found country rap, I’d be a better man.
Side note: growing up in the south has taught me that all southern girls look the same

I actually enjoy some of the country rap I’ve heard. I even have a Bubba Sparxx album somewhere.
On a semi related note you should check out the bluegrass cover of Gin and Juice. I saw an interview where it was played for Snoop and apparently he liked it.
