granted they didnt teach me much about panel beating or sheet metal work as i was mostly stuck on final assembly or cleaning the place and fetching people coffee duty.... but it was a requirement of me study to aprentice somewhere.. and that was a fun job

Indeed. Renault trucks are owned by AB Volvo, a Swedish company who don’t make cars.

It’s the same in the tractor world. Case and New Holland, names thought as American as apple pie, are owned by CNH who are an Italian company once part of Fiat who are listed in the Netherlands and run from London.
