Honestly if the engine runs, I’d be tempted to stuff the drivetrain in my 540i. Pretty much how much you’d be in buying an s62 a trans, and diff.

Probably the only way to justify this. The sum of its parts are greater than the value of the whole. I would just hate to see an M5 go to the scrap heap.
