I think I have seen bigger discounts on the Regal TourX here in the lower Midwest compared to the Sportback AWDs. I see big (>$3000)discounts limited to the FWD versions

Because a Sportback is a sedan with a hatchback, and sedans don’t sell anymore.
I’ve been staring at the near fully loaded Smoked Pearl Essence on the display pad in front of my showroom for 3 weeks. Nobody calls...

True. When you go read the fine print they mention that, in addition to requiring purchase through Financial only. The middle level Preferred trim on the TourX for $35K is a very good deal IMO
