Hot ass.
On a running start, that 488P (abbreviated, the name shines) will run away from the GT3RS. The real competition is still gonna be that and the 720S, that and the ‘17 GT. It’s still well within the heavyweight division.
However, I do think Porsche had a bigger achievement in finding 20 more hp from their 4-liter sixpack.
Oh what the hell, why do I do this anyway? No one likes it. Kill me now.

I like the Fiesta Pizza.

Porsche comparisons are the worst. 90% of the time they aren’t comparable cars to begin with, and everyone always compares themselves to the porsche. The 911 is featured in drivers car of the year nearly every year for a reason. It’s not better/worse, it’s different. And it’s GOOD.

I’d still have the GT3 RS.
There’s just something about them.

Me too. But let’s just call it the 488 P, like the old Ferrari prototypes of yore.

I would, but only if Porsche lets me paint the rims Miami Blue at no cost.
Otherwise I’d rather have a GT3 Touring.

I’m gonna make Fiesta Pizza a thing
Sorry not sorry

The 488 Pista is comparable to the GT2 RS

Both are spectacular, and I agree the 488p is much more in line with the McLaren 720 and Lambo Performante, but I’m pretty confident I’d have more fun in a GT4...

The 720s is just in another realm, it’s truly insane. The thing is... everyone is so caught up in the horsepower arms race, it’s like vehicle feel and ability to put it down lap after lap became secondary.
The GT3 RS has always been an icon for this reason. To me, it’s still the champ.

vehicle feel and ability to put it down lap after lap became secondary.
No that’s probably an even bigger paramount now. The Viper ACR lap at Laguna Seca is still the benchmark for pace (but I have a feeling these new cars are gonna get to 1:27), while the recipe for a great drivers’ car is still telepathic, organic handling, a great engine note, a good interior, and some other abstract X-factor that separates a car from another, to say nothing of outright speed no matter the line.
Point is, a 720S would be Best Drivers’ Car 7 years ago. Now it’s expecting competition from all fronts, and literally ANY one of them can bag every award before 2016. This is some Dragon Ball Super -level shit these days.

Which is comparable to the new GT, Huracan Performante, 720S, and C7 ZR1. Holy fuck, just typing them gave me chills.

I mean I’m perfectly satisfied with an M2 or Alfa 4C (mostly the 4C but...), so...

The 720s and what it is able to achieve both in performance and livability is like an engineer’s wet dream.

But who has the Ultra Instinct

Only The Stig has mastered Ultra Instinct.
Also, combine Sabine Schmitz and Abbie Eaton (Grand Tour test driver) for the automotive version of Kefla .

Kefla was too OP.
