Wife is making some sort of chicken stir fry. Late dinner because we had a late lunch at Carl’s Jr.

About the meatloaf... Normally I’d enjoy a meatloaf with copious amounts of ketchup on the side... Or, barring that, gravy. However I’d be hard pressed not to marinara the hell out of that bad boy. Curious which direction you went with once it hit your plate.

Well we watched the MASH episode where Hawkeye gets ribs from Chicago, so we found a rib place and stuffed ourselves. We climbed a mountain today so we deserved it.

You reminded me that Lidia said serve with marinara, and I had some I made this weekend and forgot to put it out. Might have solved the dryness issue.
