Not my photo, should really get a dash cam, but it was in immaculate condition. Definitely had never seen anything in the bed. Didn’t realize they only had 175hp. Still want one.
Edit: Found one one eBay. $50K. Why does this money thing keep getting in my way.

Same for when I went looking for TVR’s after the front page story

50k is stupid. Here’s a nice one for 6 https://minneapolis.craigslist.org/wsh/cto/d/1989-dodge-shelby-dakota/6467669098.html
I love the interior.

Awesome! I think the 50k one is because it was used by shelby america as a shop truck purportedly. Kinja ate my link earlier

That’s neat, but I still think that price is bananas. Like 20,000 would be okay. That’s still double what a really clean one is worth.

yeah 50 k is stupid, it doesn’t matter if Shelby’s kids were all conceived in that bed, that’s an insane amount.

It’s funny to think that the V6 in my ‘96 has 5 MORE horsepower. Granted, the 318 beats it on sound and torque.

It’s crazy looking back on old V8's and V12's that made as much power as a four banger today

Honestly, I’d still rather have the older engines, purely because there’s a feeling to them, plus the sound.
