I’m Tempted to go try it. It’s for sale at my local Subaru dealer. It’s got 39000 kms

The interior is just plastic fantastic. It’s all hollow hard plastic.

Same with the Crosstrek (because... Same car). Feels like I can rip the door cards right off when I exit.

I don’t think the sport trim added anything but styling items.

That you should avoid it and look at the 2017's. So much better!

I don’t mind the interior in my wife’s Impreza. It’s definitely not fancy but it’s clean and functional and generally comfy. Some quirks that do bug me:
Everything about the stereo is hot garbage: UI, navigation, sound
Even though hers is a fully loaded Sport Limited hatchback, there’s no light on the passenger vanity mirror.
The little screen between the gauges always says “door/trunk/hatch open” when you open any of the doors or the hatch. It doesn’t specify which one.
The cruise control +/- buttons only work in 5 mph increments. The official way to increase your speed in smaller increments described in the owners manual is to give it some gas up to your new desired speed and then press the set button again.
There are 3 buttons on the bottom left of the steering wheel that you’d think would be for scrolling through some kind of information: < i > BUT the i does nothing and the < and > only turn the digital speed display in the dash on or off.

Could be a nice follow-up to your SX4. Go test drive it!

The cruise works in 1 mph incremental. Just hold it up instead of just a quick blip and it will start rising in 1 at a time. My wife has a 2015 Impreza premium. Also those three buttons are for scrolling through the cluster menu when your parked and for dealing with any error/alarms like low tire pressure etc.

Overall they are nice. My wife has EyeSight in her 2015 Impreza automatic and it’s pretty awesome. It’s really handy on long road trips. I think the seats were pretty okay comfort wise. It’s overall a pretty decent car.

I’ll try the holding thing sometime but the manual even says it’s 5 mph increments and makes no mention of 1 mph increments.

I went to the dealer just to ask if it’s stock, then he told me the best part about it, they are planning to send it off to auction....
So they should be quite flexible on the price. Might go try it Thursday after work
