What you want to ice race your vespa

It would only work with a real Vespa.

it might get a tad bit chilly

Maybe, but you might want heated grips.

Depends. How do you value your skin?

Do it! Sadly, they don’t make these in the right size for my Ducati

Yeah, that was a good score. It was last registered in ‘09, and has no title. Thankfully the great state of Vermont will let me register it with just a bill of sale, and mail me the plate here in Illinois.
I’ve already cleaned out the tank, and I’m nearly done changing out the fuel lines. Then I need to get a fresh battery.
Late fall is the time to buy a scooter. People give deals when they want to clear some garage space.

so...make them yourself.
its screws from the inside, and then run a tube.
DONT ASK HOW i KNOW THIS

I’LL ASK ANYWAYS
Did you do this with an SV?
If I do this, I need a snowboard track for it also.
And I just got my new rear tire in the mail (scorpion trail 2!) maybe I’ll experiment with the old one!

I have never done this to my SV,
I have helped a friend do it to a KX 250. I never got to ride it, but meh

Honestly I think I would be too scared to actually ride a street bike in snow and ice regardless of tires. Dirt bike off road, no problem.

you have a LOT more grip on ice with spikes then youd thing.
if anything, you have MORE grip because the spikes lock with the ice.

Oh it’s not that. It’s everyone else in the street that would scare the crap out of me. Frozen lake? Yes please. Frozen road up the mountain? While surviving such a thing would be awesome, I’m not sure I trust my chances. Especially with all of the Californians who’ve moved here who’ve never driven in snow but insist that they’re excellent drivers and take their stanced cars shod in summer tires to go skiing and snowboarding.
