Can you title this “THIS IS THE CRASH TEST THREAD”?

can they just crash all their cars into each other?

I’ve never liked how they start that test. it just seems really unrealistic. It should have one bigger impact point instead of skimming across all of them.

Which thread?
Sometimes it helps to be bigly.

Good point, but if a car’s going to roll, it’s most likely going to go over at the point where it’s most “tippy” along the pitch axis. I’m not sure if any car would actually roll in a “moose test” scenario.

Man, my car doesn’t do well at ALL in a crash test. I’m doomed.

Cars need to be tested like Volvos more. They usually roll because the environment, not the movement. More “real world” test would help.

Yup - and this is why they have the reputation they do.
