House is *almost* done which means I could continue to put it together and clean out the garage. Or... I could volunteer at the Lane but I’ll be there almost all Saturday next weekend... maybe go for a drive since winters got me feeling trapped and needing to get out.
On a side note, my office is out of parking and this Camry pulled off some impressive parallel tree parking.

Drive! And work on the house - sounds like you won’t get much done next weekend, so best to keep it rolling.
Also, some unnecessary car shopping.

I haven’t driven my M3 since last Wednesday, since it was raining on Sunday. I need to give a V8 a nice workout this weekend.

Drive seems like a good option. I’ve found some better roads recently. It’s amaIng how close I love to the straight up country and so always forget it’s there.

You’re lucky - I don’t just ‘go for a drive’ as much as I’d like because it takes a while to get to good roads/away from traffic. Enjoy!

it’s not a fun road, but straight south on Nollensville gets really pretty and good for clearing the mind if needed.
Then do house stuff to feel accomplished

My current status is this... another reason I’m going for an automatic. Otherwise my left leg would look like a body builders.
Doesn’t even look as bad as it is there.

Going north/west is definitely not pleasant but South is pretty as far as I’ve gone. Good idea.

Well, I live in Chicago, so...
But as far as 3 pedal cars go, it all depends on how heavy the clutch is. I DD’d my E46 for years in Chicago, and it never really bothered me. Had several stick DD’s before that, too (both GM POS’s).

Definitely do the “go for a drive”. I love just going for a drive in the winter. Everything is nice and quite, people don’t go out as much so there’s less traffic, and the cold always just feels good driving with the windows down and some tunes going. I don’t have winter anymore but I keep enjoying it while skiing and heading to the mountain. I get to remember what winter was like lol.
