It’s our own fault we scheduled 3 days at Universal Studios and then 5 at Disney but that was with months of preparation that I had no idea I would end up working 19 straight days for a total of 200 hours right before the moment we sent off. Long story short I’m beat. Rode the Disney’s Chevy sponsored T est Tr ack again today and it really is a unique ride the kids and I love it. The Chevy reps/ Disney employees are super friendly in the showroom area you exit the ride in but we are minivan people and Chevy doesn’t make one so they really a ren’t on my radar .   Good night oppo hope your doing well. P.s. the dealership called me today about the ProMaster and said there’s absolutely nothing wrong. T o that I said I disagree because the door fell off. They replied I guess we’ll send it to the body shop see what they say I have no idea what the hell they are thinking but it obviously jumped off the track I would imagine for a couple hundred bucks they can replace the the rollers and  the track and it wouldn’t happen again but instead they are saying everything is fine. Yes indeed every thing is fine.

there’s absolutely nothing wrong

Bulllllllllllshit. I don’t know if the problem is a roller, a guide, a stopper, or what, but they should be able to figure that out without having to defer to a body shop (unless they are referring to an in-house body shop). The door’s not supposed to fall off, even if you slam it shut.

I can’t help but feel that some companies just have different standards with regards to what is normal and acceptable.

“Sir, acceptable company standards say the door can fall off one in ten times. You've opened that door literally thousands of times, so we can't do anything unless it falls off like a thousand more times. I'm sorry sir, but that's company policy. I really wish I could do something for you, but my hands are tied."

Universal then Disney is tough, especially if you are focusing on the Harry Potter stuff at Universal.  The walk back to that area of the park is brutal.

We have averaged 12 miles a day of walking. My feet hurt. My kids have complained here and there but are mostly doing ok. Cotton candy is like jet fuel for young ones so that helps in a pinch:)
