Looks good (not sure about river c rab though), very Spanish omelette-y.

Haha - I think being able to call it delicious is all that really matters.

I love eggs... in pretty much every form. We’ve actually added some ducks to our menagerie this year, and they’ve started laying. So tasty!

dont think ive ever had duck eggs... but right there with you on loving eggs breakfast lunch or dinner... always happy to do some eggs

wich reminds me i need to make some foo yong hai one of these days.... been meaning to go learn how to for ages now

(but i have a really good chinese takeaway... so i tend to just order it)
