Look at the wear of the rear passenger side tire. Right in the middle of the tread. Either an overinflated tire or something wonky with the suspension.

one-wheel peels.  It’s a straight axle, so you’re not likely to get uneven tire wear like that unless something’s bent.

Takes about 30 seconds. I don’t think anyone would care. Tape them to the windshield with a note that says “ found these on the ground made to your wheels”
