Lol. No.
The roll up windows are an all or nothing sort of thing.
Either zipped down or fully rolled up and plastic buckle clipped up, which you’d have to pull over and stop, get out and roll them up.
Imagine. At 50mph on the motorway, it starts raining then you’ve got to frantically unclip the buckles, roll it down while it’s flapping everywhere try and zip it closed.
Look how comfortable that steering wheel position is, that driver looks super relaxed.
