My first guess would have been some kind of impact centered on the wheel but I don’t see any kind of damage to it. The quarter panel has been hit but I’m not sure how you break the rear suspension without it showing more damage.

I like your theory, but I’d expect more body damage on the Camaro. And the paint that got swapped looks white, so I’d not suspect that other car, but certainly you have keen powers of observation.

That’s where I am. Broken suspension, but the wheel looks undamaged and the rear quarter is only lightly damaged. Not sure what to make of it.

i bet it is. it doesn;t look like paint swap, it looks like scrapes. it looks like the camero was probably stopped the the other guy paniced at the last second, dropping the nose which went into the lower camero bumper/tire. the camero body came into con tact with the headlight. area

Given the tackiness of the red paint/decals, I’m guessing someone thought they were Ken Block and caught a dorifito right into a curb with a concrete wall/divider a little behind it . Only thing making me a little uncertain is the wheel doesn’t look too mangled.
