I’ve done it before, but kinja won’t accept it this time with an MP4. Is there another format I should be using, but forgot?
Here’s half a dog
for your time, thank you:

Kinja apparently does n’t accept MP4s, but if you upload a GIF, it will sometimes automatically convert it to MP4. Aside from that, you can still embed clips from YouTube, Vimeo, Facebook, Instagram, Imgur... For the life of me, I still can’t figure out a way to get Reddit videos to embed though. Oh, and sometimes you can also embed from sites like LiveLeak if you figure out the html code for it.

Yep, I’m utterly confused about why kinja doesn’t just embed it like it does images, given that the support is clearly there. Seems like it would be a nearly instant change.

Upload to Youtube, then share the video. Kinja doesn’t want to store and stream your video files.
*enormous GIF s excluded, because that would require creative programming, and I think Univision should pay Ernie more for any creative programming.

OK, thanks. I’ll convert it to a GIF and try again.
