Even left a little bit of dark red paint in the dim ple, which they clearly attempted to rub out with a finger and the promptly gave up, drove away, no note. Between this and the meteorite, it’s not been the luckiest week for my vehicles.

depending on the severity and location those kits you glue the tab on do work, the pros use the same thing but with a stronger glue when they can’t access the rear of the panel...b ut I dunno if the kit is cheaper than paying a PDR tech. If you tried it and it worked but leaves a high spot you can tap it down using a golf tee with a worn end and hammer.
