Land Rover did great. Weather sucked. Uhaul failed as usual. Towing it to the tag agency for plates and title tomorrow.

How did u-haul fail? Looks like you got the equipment, which seems to be the most common problem with u-haul (letting you reserve stuff they don’t actually have).

I’ll probably do a name and shame later. Place I had the reservation at wasn’t actually open on Sunday even though they let me schedule it, Google shows them open, and I called Uhaul twice to confirm.
To uhaul’s credit they found me another one and all was well, but I've never had a Uhaul transaction go as planned.

The last time I rented at U-Haul, it actually went pretty well, except for the part where they spent 10 minutes looking for the keys to the van (I do appreciate that they looked for them instead of giving me a bigger van I didn’t want)

Yea towing it was absolutely drinking fuel. I'd guess 7mpg? Maybe 8?
