Cadillac was preparing to launch in Australia just as the GFC hit. They got one batch of around 80 2008 model CTSs in, and pulled the plug before sales started.
Here is one of those cars.

I just wish I’d see them out on the street more often. I think t hey’re getting very expensive and owners are squirrelling them away.

Thts a damn shame, those cars deserve to be driven. Preferably driven hard, during the Targa Tasmania.

A shame that plan was cancelled, GM would have sold many dozens more CTSs there.

I guess a lot of them went to the Melbourne area if that’s where they arrived. I’ve certainly never seen one in QLD before.

I don’t know how well they would have done. They were priced significantly above their bracket
