I realize it’s pretty today, but there are plenty of places along this route to properly pull off the road  if you want to take a picture. Thanks! (Actual date & time should be 10/6/2018 12:15-ish PM. I need to reset the clock on my dashcam.)

Yeah...  if they got rear-ended it would be the fault of the car that hit them and drivers shouldn’t be going around that corner fast enough that they couldn’t panic stop short of the Sebring (or 200 whatever same thing) - but it still is a bad spot to stop and pretty inconsiderate other drivers.
