I’ve decided on two colors: Slate Grey, and Cocaine White. One is the best Grey Porsche ever offered and is also better than Nardo Grey. The other gives me the chance to drive a car colored by the decade it was born into.

I like the way you think but Nardo Grey is still my favorite.

This green is what a friend is thinking for the 944 that he just put back together.

How about matte grey? I think it’d look good. Also, have you considered a wrap? Could be cheaper than buying paint.

Matte grey is too gaudy for me, but it would look good. Wrapping is something I hadn’t considered but I’d still be concerned with the rust underneath.

in my opinion wraps are good for potentially leaving more in the budget for prep. So far as rust is concerned, issues with rust are the same. Only with a wrap you’d likely see the rust come back later than you would with paint.
