If I recall, the wheel pivots up on to the dash to make it ‘easier’ for entry/exit. I stood next to one, and I’m still not sure I would have been able to gracefully get in or out (not that I was allowed to touch it).

I was driving around one day few years ago with my wife. I saw fancy cars racing around a parking lot. It was some sort of - drive an exotic for an exotic price type thing. So we pull into the parking lot. I see SLS parked. up and someone walking away from it. SLS was next to bunch of other fancy cars. I figured it was for people to look at and what not. So I go up to it. Look around. Try door handle. It’s unlocked. So without putting my feet in (to not dirty up the carpet) I sit in and look around.

Before I knew it, several security guards run towards me and my wife screaming... Apparently it was someone’s private car. Not for showing.

I keep my 1500 dollar car locked at all times and here is a 250,000 dollar car sitting around in NJ unlocked. WTF is wrong with people.

But yeah. They are not as comfortable as they might seem.

The SLS is one of those ‘maybe within reach one day’ cars.
