I had a professor that subbed for another the whole semester (heart condition). Comes in, says “ I can’t teach you this class because upper level calculus isn’t a prerequisite and I know none of you have had it, so I’m not going to teach it” . Turned out to be one of the most intellectually stimulating classes I have ever had, we just bullshitted on game theory for a whole semester.
