I sure lost a lot of it. The music room was the next room over, so I lost a lot of expensive equipment there. Additional instruments were in cases on the other side of the house and they’re okay. All my tools were in a storage room that didn’t get touched at all. It looks like all or most of our electronics will be okay once we clean the ash out.

Repairable, but it will be a few months. Downstairs is all smoke damaged to hell. Upstairs fared better, mostly just needs re-wiring.

Fumes from some cleaning chemicals reached the furnace. Our landlords insurance is covering all the damage to the property.
