By far, my least favorite article format is the dialogue or discussion format where the authors each take turns wasting words, space and time.
For example (but not the worst example):

You mean like those “He drives, She Drives” articles... forgot which site had ALL their reviews like that.

Not necessarily just about cars. I’ve seen it a lot for video game content as well. It always comes off as pretentious to me.

I’m not even going to read that. But as someone who only has a working speedometer. You don’t really need gauges but they sure are nice.

First vehicle I bought was a stick with no tach. Drove it like that for four years. Did I do okay? Yes. Is life better with a tach? It sure as bleep is.

Ya I had a manual ranger for my first car, no tach. I don’t think that engine had enough power to actually make it to red line though.
