Damn
Looks like power folding steps are coming back.... which sucks because no one’s figured out how to make them work and not break expensively in saltier climates.

The new Ranger is even bigger than I thought

As long as they offer a RC/SB with a Hemi I won’t riot.

Hope that’s just an optional grille, if not I see a big aftermarket opportunity.

They finally moved away from the mini big-rig look.

I saw one of these all camo’d up near Denver. At first, I though it was a Ford, but it was following a couple of other Rams.

Looks like the blingy-er of the options.... note the parking sensors, tow hooks, power running boards, etc... this is a high-optioned truck.
I’m sure there’ll be a more plain looking one, but it’ll probably still say RAM across it.

I actually like it.

Sad day. Now they look like every other truck on the road

Don’t care for the front but it almost looks like those tails will be interchangeable for 09-17 models. If so, I look forward to grabbing a pair

Way better than the current Ram snout.

I like the look of the truck, and will consider trading my current one for a new one when the HD versions are available.
The power steps are a no-go since I’m in a salty area. Not having side steps doesn’t bother me, but everybody else that rides in my truck whines about it. I’ve found that telling them that they need to hit the gym and work on their jumping seems to shut them up.

It looks like a Ford Ranger current gen.

It looks like two different trim levels (headlights and chrome are different), but they both lack the crosshairs, which has me concerned. They’ve been on Dodges and Rams for basically my entire life, it’s going to weird me out not seeing them, like someone putting a Sterling grille there.

I heard they’re phasing out the crosshairs, I guess we’ll see. I like the direction they’re going with the RAM Rebel/PowerWagon grille, it just needs some fine tuning of the moustache.

Ford was trying to make their trucks look like Rams.
Now Ford wants their trucks to look like Chevy’s.
And Ram wants their trucks to look like Fords.

The snout, not the crosshairs.

But still nobody wants their trucks look like Hondas...

That’s been the rumor for a few years at least, but I thought one of the higher-ups said that it was just for a few trims to calm the outcry with the Rebel. I didn’t really believe it, and it looks like it’s going away. Kind of a shame, IMO, like BMW losing the kidneys or Jeep losing the 7-slot.

WHY does everyone need a hexagonal grille??????
