Today I heard a short part of some story from the radio that went: “...and most were eaten by sharks.”
I had no idea what it was related as I didn’t hear anything more but I was thinking about the Indianapolis. Now I’m pretty sure that this was actually the topic.

Yep, the survivors were swarmed by sharks as they floated in the water. Pretty harrowing tale.
