When the EK9 Civic Type R becomes importable, I want to get a yellow one and get a custom plate that says YLOBIRD, then see how many heads I make explode.

I liked the first and third, but the rest (esspecailly the audi) are garish (in my opinion).
my son, however, loves yellow cars enough that my phone has a collection of random yellow cars he has taken photos of :D

commodores for a while came in a colour like #2, “burnt orange” I think it was called. Looked good on a commodore, a 505 might wear it well too

Forget the 505, I want this ute! :)
The color is pretty similar. It was called “Jaune Vermeer” at PSA, and changes slightly depending on light. My parents had a brown 505 sti in the early 90's, I think the golden color would be a more modern take on it
(not the actual car, but pretty similar)

when the burnt orange holdens came out I thought that exact thing. it was like a modern take on the 70s/80s brown that every company thought looked stately.
