I just got an estimate back. It is still early, 30% design. The client is not going to be happy. Their initial projections for costs - which had no supporting data - was, let’s just say, a bit low.
I have a conference call next week to discuss project status, budget, path forward, that kind of stuff. Their heads are going to explode.
