The building in the far right looks like the metro station behind the arena downtown. I could be wrong, but that’s my guess.

Also, the yellow box by the water looks like one of the border check-in phones you use if you are entering from Canada.

Nope. Collingwood Terminals about an hour north of Toronto. First ship arrived in 1929, shut down in 1992. It has a neat history. http://www.town.collingwood.on.ca/node/483
