If I was driving a rental car I’d hit that at about 30 and float right over. If I lived there I’d strat dumping diesel on the bump to weaken and erode it away.

Unless you have stealth speed bumps everywhere (and moving around), then you get a similar deterrent effect to unpredictable and widespread speed traps.
