Yes, this car in the picture is factory, street legal. And was the fastest 1/4 production car until the Veyron took it’s crown. Dodge is just taking it back, in the way only Dodge knows how. Going full crazy.

An L023 Dart was not a street legal car. It was based on one, but they had replaced or removed a bunch of parts and decided to call it a competition car.
