No blinker, because you don’t know they’re about to turn. Blinker always on is good, because you know to never get near them.

I’d argue wrong blinker is the worst. I cut some one off today because I thought they were turning onto the street I was pulling out of, actually they pulling into a church parking lot on the opposite side of the road.
