I thought there’d be more of a price difference between the Tacoma and the Tundra. Weird.

I think there is once you get into options that most non fleet customers choose. I’d imagine the average tundra sells for 45-50k while the taco is probably 35-38k

Nope. My employer bought a fleet of new Tundras a few years back because they were near the same price as a base model Tacoma. I was fortunate enough to get a Tacoma I had lobbied for. A longbed Tundra incredibly excessive for what I was doing for two years.

Taco’s are overpriced. Tundras are cheap because otherwise they’d be priced out of the market.

This shows a much bigger gap. I had to ad a silly border because kinda kept cropping out the Tacoma price.
Also regular cab Tacomas seem to be very rare, I saw on the other day and just thought “I dint remember the last time I saw one of those.” Then again Tundras are probably 1/10 of the trucks in the area I live in.

This is also Canadian pricing.

So basically Canadian Tundras are cheaper, but Canadian Tacomas are about the same price.
