It’s actually not far from the truth - the odometer indicates mileage in kilometres - 26,357km roughly equals 16,440 miles so I assume they had it converted.

Why is this listed on San Francisco Craigslist? Judging by the pictures and the title of the ad the car is definitely in Moscow. That alone is quite strange.
