Adding flashing brake lights to your 2004 Honda Accord Coupe does not make it an F1 car, it does not make it incredibly less likely for you to get rear-ended, and with the way the paint on your bumper is chipping off, you could use a fender-bender so that you can get that resprayed anyway.
