That’s a very good question. It’s a Japanese import but not one I’ve seen before.

I think I am getting close with the 6th gen Mitsubishi Minicab:

Now to find one with a low roof and a bodykit!

It seems that the one pictured was only made from 1999-2000 and the low roof is a rare option, I only found a couple on goonet and none with a body kit:
