Driving home last night when i saw this. I can hear the thump thump thump behind me and this old Malibu rolled by with one tire COMPLETELY shredded and going at full speed, made a u-turn and keep on driving. Someone is gonna get killed.

There was a local LEO just two cars in front of me, one lane right. I tried to catch up with him to inform him about this, but it turned off onto a side street before i could.
