Looks like the shawarma poutine I’d order just by the University of Ottawa. I may have singlehandedly kept that place afloat during my university career.

The only poutine I’ve ever had I made at home, and it was...not so great. I wish somewhere here in TX served it so I could try the real-ish thing.
