Sure, Daytona is nice, and a blast during bike week or spring break, but the sand is hard (which is why they raced there). I preferred Cocoa when I lived in Central Florida. The longest year of my life.

I found cocoa to have way more sharp things, like shells. While Daytona’s sand was smoother.

The car I got flipped over in was from Cocoa. Small world! #FreeCoco (no a, Coco = me)

Seriously, though, good beach name. 100% Coco approved. Would love to visit. I have several pics of the Puffs with the Cocoa Beach signs in the airport because my first Puffalump was Coco Bunny.)

Theo Bunny was in his late 20s in that pic. He’s fine. Besides, Puffalumps fit securely in the middle seat, and I would assume they’d stay put there in the even of a crash.

You never have to worry, since every third car is a CJ-5 with 5psi 36” mud tires and a tow strap just looking to be the hero that day. Doubly so if he thinks he’ll make it into a Jalopnik story!
