I’m about to lose my damn mind.
I’ve been out on the road almost all day, driving over 150 miles looking at three homes and I’m not done yet. I have an appraisal report to complete, with really poor comparable sales on a property that should have been a slam dunk, but has turned into a pain in the ass. I cut my damn finger trying to open a packet of coffee in my office, and a client that wants something that doesn’t exist. And it’s Friday and I want to watch the new episodes of Stranger Things with the wife and have several beers. But, nope, I’m stuck here. I can’t wait till next Thursday, when I can eat, drink and be with my family, extended and otherwise.

I know that feel. I’ve been working 50-60 hours a week for the past year. I’m honestly afraid to take a day off do to the ever increasing workload. So I’m taking my first vacation days since the beginning of June this week. You have my sympathy.
