Yeah, most of Dogfish Head’s beers are up there. A lot of them are above 10%, and a couple have 20%.

I haven’t eaten all day. I do have a couple of beers in the fridge along with 2/3 bottle of sake. I’m still trying to figure out what I should eat - the pig in me wants pizza, or possibly chinese food, but the responsible adult wants to go to the grocery store for something more healthy.

I don’t think I’ve ever tried these - I love the huge variety of craft brews in the USA. Which Dogfish beers are the “must-have” ones? I’ll keep an eye open for those the next time I cross the border.

My personal favorite is Beer To Drink Music To, a tripel, but it’s seasonal and i’ve only ever seen it at a local beer shop. The 60 and 90 minute IPAs are by far the most common and are both good. Palo Santo Marron is a strong brown ale (12% ABV) and is also very good. The two strongest of theirs I’ve had were Higher Math (17%), which is very strong but has chocolate and cherry flavor, and Fort (20%), which basically just tastes like pure alcohol with a hint of raspberry. They were both $11 USD *per bottle*. Their current seasonal beer is a pumpkin spice beer called Punkin Ale. Haven’t tried it yet because it’s still in the 90s every day here.
